Conditions for small batch production by using 3D printed mold core rapid mold:
1. ABS,PC,PMMA,POM, high simulation materials, simulate the real injection molding hardness and impact resistance
2. 600 PCS -1000pcs small batch rapid mold (3D printed mold kernel, material hardness close to PEEK)
3. Transparent and translucent TPU high simulation material, simulating the hardness and impact resistance of real injection molding
4. The average thickness of the product is not less than 1.1mm±0.2mm; draft angle of 1.5 ±0.5mm degrees; tolerance of ±0.15mm
5. We build the professional silicone mold for the duplication,and the tolerance could be ±0.2mm for the big parts.
6. The outdoor parts would be with UV coating and the surface could be with high quality.And any artwork about the logo or warning could be made on the surface by silk printing or laser etching.
7. Any colors could be painted for the parts after print or duplication,the surface could be with high quality and the color would be correct as customer’s requirement.
8. Some complicate parts could be divided to more parts then use the glue to combine them together for getting the accurate assembly to meet with customer’s requirement.
