Use the mold design wizard database provided by the genuine UG NX to quickly utilize general standard mold parts, and through the Moldex 3D dynamic material database, fully grasp the various properties of composite materials under different pressures, temperatures and speeds, so that the application of composite plastic materials is more precise, combining theoretical basis and practicality.


Higoal can integrate mold development and design for different product development needs, from product design and manufacturing feasibility evaluation analysis, product strength, assembly feasibility analysis, injection molding analysis (mold flow analysis), final mold mechanism motion analysis, mold structure strength analysis, so that the problems that were difficult to detect can be prevented in advance, thereby shortening the development cycle and reducing unnecessary long-term testing cost.

1. 3D dynamic anti-interference simulation of mold mechanism.


2. The output of the mold flow analysis results is used as the input for the analysis of the strength of the mold structure, so as to verify the size of the mold structure in advance and the strength and economic benefit boundary value under the production load condition.


3. It can perform inertial analysis and dynamic strength analysis through 3D solid geometric motion simulation for the movement of the mold mechanism with high complexity.


4. Using the mold design wizard database provided by NX, the general standard parts can be quickly drawn, allowing the designer to focus more on building the optimal production mold.


5. Through the Moldex 3D dynamic material database, mold designer can fully grasp the various properties of composite materials under different pressures, temperatures and speeds, making the application of composite plastic materials more theoretical and practical.
